HOW TO OPEN THE MAGNETIC CLOSURE?

To open a magnetic clasp, simply gently pull the two parts away from each other. Use your fingers to grasp the clasp and pull it apart. The magnetic clasp is held together by the attraction of the magnets. By pulling the two parts apart you release the clasp and can open your bag or piece of jewelry.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Yes, it is possible to return an item.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition.

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

We will then provide you with further return instructions.

HOW DO I ORDER FROM YOUR WEBSITE?

Order process, order easily and conveniently!

Step 1: Choose bracelet category

  1.     Navigate to the "Categories" section on our homepage and select "Bracelets".
  2.     Depending on your interest, you can explore the subcategories such as "leather bracelets", "stainless steel bracelets", "beaded bracelets", etc.

Step 2: Select bracelet model and details

  1.     Click on the product image or the title of the bracelet that interests you.
  2.     Read the product description carefully, here you will find details about materials, size, and care instructions.
  3.     Scroll down to view customer reviews and images, if available.

Step 3: Personalization

  1.     "If the bracelet is engravable, you will find a text field or dropdown menu for personalization."
  2.     Enter the desired text or choose from predefined symbols and fonts.
  3.     Please note that there is often a maximum number of characters specified for the engraving.

Step 4: Add to cart

  1.     Select the desired quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button.
  2.     A pop-up window shows a summary of your shopping cart. You can either choose "Continue shopping" or go directly to "Checkout".

Step 5: Review Cart

  1.     Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner.
  2.     Check all items, quantities, and engravings. Here you have the option to remove products or change the quantity.

Step 6: Go to checkout

  1.     Click on "Checkout".
  2.     Enter your shipping information and select the shipping method.
  3.     If applicable, enter a discount or voucher code in the designated field and click "Apply."

Step 7: Payment Method and Confirmation

  1.     Select your payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
  2.     Read the Terms and Conditions and check the box to accept them.
  3.     Click "Buy Now" to complete the order.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 3 p.m. will be processed and shipped on the same working day. Orders received after 3 p.m. will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Please note that we do not process shipping on Sundays.

Please allow additional time for processing your order during holidays and sales seasons. For engravable bracelets shipping may be delayed by one day.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at kontakt@uniqal.de. Please note that changes to your order cannot be made once it has been shipped.

I HAVE PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE THIS AFTERMATH?

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY?

Care instructions for different types of bracelets can be important to ensure their longevity. Here are some tips:

1. Leather bracelets:

    Cleaning: Use a soft cloth and mild soap solution. No aggressive cleaners or solvents.
    Moisture: Avoid contact with water, as leather is absorbent and stains or deformities may occur.
