How do you open the magnetic clasp?

To open the magnetic clasp of your bracelet, please hold both ends of the bracelet. Then gently but firmly pull on both ends in opposite directions. The magnet should come off easily and open the bracelet. Avoid pulling too hard or jerking to ensure the longevity of the clasp.

Can I return an item?

Yes, of course you can return items to us. If you are not satisfied with your bracelet, please contact our customer service within [14 days] of receiving the goods to start the return process. Please note the return conditions and instructions stated in our cancellation policy or in the general terms and conditions. We always strive to provide you with the best possible service and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Basically we ship orders with DHL, Deutsche Post or Hermes. Please note that we always require a valid delivery address so that we can deliver your order as quickly as possible.

If you would like to place an order from another country, please contact us. We will find a solution.

How do I order on your website?

1. Browse through our selection of bracelets and click on the product you want. 2. Select the desired size, color or other available options. 3. Click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now". 4. When you have all the items you want in your shopping cart, click "Proceed to Checkout". 5. Enter your shipping address and payment information. 6. Review your order and click "Complete Order". 7. You will receive a confirmation email with details about your order. 8. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking link. If you have any questions or difficulties during the ordering process, our customer service will be happy to help you!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders are processed the same day after the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Please allow for additional time to process your order during holidays and sales seasons. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately (kontakt@uniqal.de). Once your order has been dispatched we would not be able to make any changes.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER

After you place your order, processing takes approximately 24 hours. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered items and ship the packages as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email. Then you can track your order by clicking on the link from the email.

I HAVE SPECIFIED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE THEM AFTER THE TIME?

In any case! We use SSL technology to ensure that all your personal information is encrypted. Your credit card details are not stored and are only used once when purchasing your product. We never store information regarding our customers' private data!

HOW TO BEST CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY?

Avoid wearing the jewelry while exercising, showering or doing housework. Jewelry should be removed before going to bed. Always apply perfume or hairspray before putting on jewelry, otherwise your jewelry may be damaged. Contact with water or heat should be avoided as this can reduce the lifespan of the material, cause discoloration and reduce the shine of the stones. It is recommended to store the pieces of jewelry individually in the original packaging or in a suitable jewelry box.
